We’ve had an amazing few weeks birding here in south-east Brazil! We have been running tours non-stop and seen some great birds along the way with many highlights including Swallow-tailed Cotinga, Grey-winged Cotinga, Black and Gold Cotinga, Bare-throated Bellbird, Hooded Berryeater, Giant Antshrike, Large-tailed Antshrike, Tufted Antshrike, Brazilian Laniisoma, Scaled, Ferruginous, Bertoni’s, Ochre-rumped, Dusky-tailed, Rufous-tailed and White-bibbed Antbirds, Slaty Bristlefront, White-breasted Tapaculo, Serra Antwren, Red-necked, Green-headed, Gilt-edged and Brassy-breasted Tanagers and some 300 additional species!
