The Brown Canopy Trail at Itororo Lodge runs through some fantastic native bamboo stands together with some lovely primary forest. Needless to say this is the perfect place for some of those difficult bamboo specialists such as Bertoni’s Antbird, White-collared Foliage Gleaner, Ochre-rumped Antbird, White-bearded Antshrike, Tufted Antshrike and Spotted bamboo wren. These are all “easily” seen within a 15 minute walk from the lodge!
