Day 2 of the Field Guides tour went very well yesterday. We spent a full day in the Itororo Lodge grounds picking up some great species including Black-billed Scythebill, Serra do Mar Tyrant Manakin, Swallow-tailed Manakin, Dusky-tailed Antbird, Bertoni’s Antbird, Ochre-rumped Antbird, Sharp-tailed Streamcreeper, Rufous-capped Motmot, Spot-billed Toucanet, King Vulture (a new species from the lodge grounds), Amethyst Woodstar, Violet-capped Woodnymph, Brazilian Ruby, White-throated Hummingbird, Sapphire-spangled Emerald, Pin-tailed Manakin and Mouse-coloured Tapaculo.
