Just returned from a full day with the Naturetrek group birding the open country area around Sumidouro. Not particularly good weather but lots of birds! Highlights from today included Three-toed Jacamar, Hangnest Tody Tyrant, Streamer-tailed Tyrant, Serra Antwren, Grey-eyed Greenlet, Blue-winged Macaw, Toco Toucan, Wing-banded Horneo, Yellow-browed Tyrant, White-eared Puffbird, Tawny-headed Swallow, Firewood Gatherer, Curl-crested Jay, Rufous-headed Tanager and Ultramarine Grosbeak.
