Now well into our first tour of 2018, we have already been birding for the past 5 days with plenty of great birds, some of the highlights over the past few days have included Three-toed Jacamar, Gilt-edged Tanager, Brassy-breasted Tanager, Grey-winged Cotinga, Itatiaia Thistletail, Rufous-backed Antvireo, Frilled Coquette, Blond-crested Woodpecker, Red-legged Seriema, Black-billed Scythebill, White-collared Foliage Gleaner, Black-necked Aracari, Bertoni’s Antbird, Half-collared Sparrow, Orange-eyed Thornbird, Sharp-tailed Streamcreeper to name but a few!
