Now into the fourth day of the Wise Birding tour and we spent the day birding in the lodge grounds. In the morning we birded the circular Blue Trail followed by the White and Green Trails after lunch. We had a number of good species today including Bertoni’s Antbird, Green-winged Saltator, Ochre-rumped Antbird, Planalto Woodcreeper, Rough-legged Tyrannulet, Mouse-coloured Tapaculo, Dusky-tailed Antbird, Rufous-capped Spinetail, White-winged Becard, Pallid Spinetail, White-rimmed Warbler, Pin-tailed Manakin, Brassy-breasted Tanager, White-throated Woodcreeper, Such’s Antthrush, Spot-winged Wood-Quail and Yellow Tyrannulet.
