Just completed day 5 of the Field Guides tour. Yesterday we spent a full day birding the Itororo Lodge grounds with highlights including Giant Antshrike, Mouse-coloured Tapaculo, Rufous-capped Motmot, Pin-tailed Manakin, Blue Manakin, Rufous-tailed Antthrush, White-throated Woodcreeper, Dusky-tailed Antbird and Bare-throated Bellbird and today we visited the Regua wetlands with highlights including Sooretama Slaty-Antshrike, Silvery-flanked Antwren, Unicoloured Antwren, Eye-ringed Tody-Tyrant, Yellow-backed Tanager, Flame-crested Tanager, Long-billed Wren, Blond-crested Woodpecker and Black-cheeked Gnateater.
